The property is spread across a sixty-acre lot.
You can find VAI in the Phoenix Metropolitan area of Glendale; 20 minutes from Sky Harbor International Airport and across the street from the Arizona Cardinals Stadium.
VAI Global Development took over the project in Spring 2022 and reduced the size of the body of water from the original development to only five acres, as well as transformed the resort into an entertainment-centric resort rather than a water park. VAI is also implementing state-of-the-art technology to conserve and recycle water, so the property is projected to use only about 30% of the water that was previously allotted to the former agricultural site that was on the property's plot of land.
There will be day passes to VAI Beach and other amenities at the resort are available for free public access, including restaurants, shopping and more.
VAI will have 1100 rooms across four hotel towers. 160 hotel rooms have balconies that double as premium viewing boxes for the entertainment venue.
VAI will be equipped with a five-acre swimming oasis, two-story nightclub, party island, premium dining experiences, state-of-the-art stage with live performances twice weekly, a spa and fitness center, and so much more.
VAI Resort is set to open 2024.

VAI will have 12 elevated dining experiences across the resort with a range of international cuisines. VAI will also have 10 unique bar and cocktail experiences.
VAI has 40,000 flexible square feet of meeting and event space, on top of a 2,500-square-foot wedding venue and approximately 10,000 square feet of private dining rooms across its restaurants.
